For this section you will need:

• personal details
• GSCC registration number
• reference and CRB
• employment since last registration
• PRTL log
• payment details

Because of the amount of information needed from you we have listed all the questions to be answered on a separate Word document. You may find it more convenient to print this list out first to ensure you have all the relevant details to hand before starting the application form.

The application form that you need to complete is supplied here as an Excel file. This can be downloaded to your computer for you to complete at your leisure. When you have completed it please forward it via e.mail, making sure that the subject of the e.mail is given as 'Registration (your reg number)', to enable us to commence the process of endorsing your application for professional registration. There is a charge of £149.00 (inc VAT) for our service. In the unlikely event that there is a requirement for us to carry out further work on your endorsement this will be charged at £50.00 per hour (inc VAT). You will be informed of any extra work needed, and it's likely cost to you, prior to our starting on it. Remember that all these costs are professional fees and can be claimed against your tax liabilities.

If you are not sure whether you meet the requirements for PRTL, we can offer you an initial telephone consultation to help you sort out the information required. This will be provided free of charge for the first 15 minutes, and then at £10.00 (inc VAT) for each additional 15 minutes, or part of. This is payable at the time of booking.
